Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss/Body Contouring Guide

Analysis

Before we design a program, we must take into account the client’s current lifestyle and eating habits. After a brief Holistic Nutrition Assessment and Skin Analysis, a personalized treatment program will be designed just for them.

Consulting

Learn how to eat right without struggling. Our goal is to help clients make better nutrition choices that fit their busy lifestyle. Our theory will improve their eating habits, give them more energy, promote overall health, help them stay fit, and assist in weight-loss.

Holistic Nutrition Diet Plan

We offer an exclusive preventative diet regimen designed to maximize clients’ body contouring experience and maintain their results.  As we use technology to sculpt the body, we are helping heal the body with proper nutrition. Our nutritional guidance has helped clients lower their cholesterol, triglycerides, and sugar levels only after 30 days.

Non-Invasive Body Contouring

At Get Thin Treatments we provide our clients with a comprehensive brochure outlining the macronutrients that the body needs for energy. Each macronutrient includes common examples to facilitate meal planning. In addition to this, a low sodium diet is highly recommended to facilitate the results of their treatments. A low sodium diet consists of 1600 mg or less per day, with meals not exceeding 400mg of sodium.

Our nutrition brochure simplifies the meal planning process in that utilizes the “my plate” theory for portion control. With this theory, clients can use their hands to measure their portions. Clients are encouraged to eat a meal every 4 hours and a snack in between. A 16 oz. bottle of water is recommended for every meal and snack in order to facilitate water consumption. Aside from nutrition, clients are recommended to consume at least 2 liters of water per day, an equivalent of 8 cups of water.

The brochure also includes naturally low sodium foods eliminating the need to measure mgs. Clients are advised to check mg content for sodium when eating packaged meals.
